How it works

- Choose a sleep care provider who is licensed in your state.
- Select your preferred date and time for a virtual consultation.
- At your scheduled time, join the video call via web or mobile app.
- Your sleep provider will analyze and interpret your sleep test data.
- Talk to your sleep care provider and get a personalized treatment plan, with prescription for CPAP or medications if indicated.
