What behavioral health conditions do you not treat?
We currently do not treat crisis or emergency situations, schizophrenia, or bipolar type I disorder.
Who is eligible for your Behavioral Health services?
Psychiatry Services: Available for adults aged 18 and older in all 50 states and for children aged 12 and up in locations where available.
Therapy Services: Available for adults and children of all ages in all 50 states.
Please submit your registration, and we will match you with a qualified provider in your state. If we are unable to find a provider for you, we will provide a 100% refund with no questions asked.

How can I get help if I’m in crisis?
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. If you are experiencing a crisis and are considering harming yourself or others, please seek immediate help. AZOVA is not a substitute for emergency care. We strongly recommend that you contact one of the following resources:
Go to a hospital emergency room near you.

Call 988 to contact the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

If you are in an emergency situation, we recommend waiting until the crisis has passed before signing up for an appointment with AZOVA.
Can I get a prescription for my medications?
When you get a virtual psychiatry visit through AZOVA, they can prescribe medications that they deem appropriate for your treatment. However, AZOVA providers are unable to prescribe controlled substances such as Xanax®, Ativan® or Adderall®.
If you are currently taking a controlled substance that was not prescribed by an AZOVA provider, your AZOVA provider can see you as a patient, but will not renew a controlled substance prescription. In such cases, your AZOVA provider can recommend an in-person provider where necessary.
